At FaithfulPrints, your satisfaction truly matters to us. Each piece is thoughtfully created, and we want you to feel confident and at peace with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return, exchange, and refund policy for both physical and digital products.

 

Returns & Refunds

Physical Products (Canvas & Posters)

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

If you change your mind after receiving the item, you may still return it; however, return shipping costs may apply.

Customers are responsible for returning the item in order to receive a refund.Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges (Size & Product Variations)

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different variation, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

The original item must be returned in new, unused condition.

Customers may be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Order Cancellations

Because each canvas is made to order, cancellation requests depend on the production status:

If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order is in production or has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos for reference.

Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process step by step.

Once the return is received, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
