At FaithfulPrints, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalized products may require additional processing time.

U.S. Shipping
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $70. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping
International delivery typically takes 4–10 business days after processing, depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. FaithfulPrints is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the package and product. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
